Mac Steam transfer money, game crash on M

Hi, i got a gift from my partner on steam, and i want to move that money into poe 1 wallet. Earlier (2023) that worked fine, but now the game crash when i am logged in by steam and press M to enter the shop. I believe this is a known Mac-bug.
How can i solve this? I am logged in on here by steam but i find no way to make this transfer on this site. Last bumped on Jan 5, 2026, 4:12:10 PM

I have made that and got an auto-answer...

I am sry that i dont give all info, this is about poe 1, not the early access poe 2.

The problem is the game crash - when i try to open the shop with M key (or that button to open it).
I got in contact with someone on your email and they misunderstood me. It is not possible to reach that buy option from ingame - with a mac. And here on the webpage i cannot find how to add from steam to my poe 1 wallet points. Is there an option that i cannot figure out from this site? |

So i got help from Kieran on email support to figure out how to buy supporter pack on steam. That part is solved now! Much love!
Still is the game crashing on pressing the "shop" button ingame or the M-key - poe 1 this is about and on mac native poe 1 install. (both steam or standalone) I hope that can be solved in future <3 Thanks all on GGG for a nice game! |
