Can intel arc b580 user play game or use vulkan?

do you mean b580? A white tier 1 map without any additional content runs for me on vulkan. As soon as i play the new league content ot juice the map up, it crashes. DX12 runs, but poorly, with many enemies around dps drop to 1 sometimes.
