I think I fixed some of the performance issues regarding the CPU performance on Mac client.

Hi, when I played PoE1, I always had CPU: 24MS by default in the performance chart. I couldn't play the league, because I had dips to 5fps.

I fixed to the point where my CPU is at CPU: 6MS by default and now when I play the league at lowest I get around 20-30 fps, which isn't bad at all.

My fix: Enable Foreground FPS Cap and set it to 50-60fps and enable background FPS cap, set it do 60fps.

My CPU MS decreased 3x doing this method.
