Console rendering (XBOX)

Please GGG, can you patch and/or fix the rendering issue for Xbox console ? I can't be the only one having the issue. At times when going from loading screen to game screen something happens to the rendering and it goes all pixel wonky and messes with the rendering everywhere. Going from place to place or creating a new instance doesn't usually help. I usually have to log out and shutdown the game totally and restart it. Then it depends on how long it takes to get messed up again. Sometimes the next loading screen, sometimes 2 or 3 loading screens.
