New league - Echos of another past.

Brings back all old scaling bosses and removed unqiue monsters as EX bosses that spawn randomly on maps.

All uniques they used to drop, drop instead as prismatic equiptment instead.

Prismatic equiptment require
lvl 90 to use.
have 10% more effectivness
have 10% less requirements"other then level"

Each time you finish a map and return to a town that town reflects a change to the time line.

adding new options to npc's
adding new bosses IE: Crab boss spawns with the pirate boss.
Crab boss now also attacks your ships.
