Mystery Box is Poe 1 only and not in my Poe1 Account inventory

Hello,

I received a
Glimmer Wood Mystery Box on my Poe2 Account. It gives me an error saying not available on this game version.

I logged in on my Poe1 Character, and the box has not appeared there either.

I think this may be due to me having two accounts linked to my Email? Maybe im on the wrong one but have no idea how I could check on the other account.

One Account is Imortalryan#7357 That is the one the Box was received on.

My other account is Glutton#2594.

Both are attached to the same email. If someone could help me before the boxes expire that would be lovely.
