Just as simple as stated before.
"We need to check how we can implement Mercs". 1) Rogue Exiles have a chance to be replaced by a merc. Random Mercs can have Unique Items and so on... RANDOM MERCS cannot be hired. 2) go to your Settlers Town. Talk to the NPCs. Here you can hire Mercs for Gold. They wont have the best items though. I'd settle for a good Merc with trash gear. I actually enjoy gearing them, not using them as loot sources. =^[.]^=
