This is complete BS I get muted for 40 minutes after getting bullied

Look I never go to support or forums but this is just straight BS. I was in global chat talking about a song I like, and Someone named Habubah entered my dms and started making very rude comments at first, then resorted to bullying me by saying worse things and brought up politics for some reason, and because I didnt reply to any of their messages they kept sending more, so i put them on my ignore list. and moments later I get muted for 40 minutes. WTF IS THIS BS?!!? DO BETTER BCS IM NOT GONNA PAY MONEY FOR A GAME TO GET BULLIED AND THEN MUTED FOR SAYING NOTHING AT ALL. Everyone says it you guys are killing your own game and its gonna end up a dead game if you simple keep doing nothing about the broken system it contains.
