I have coin but can't spend it

I purchased a supporter pack on PoE2 but would like to buy some PoE1 mtx (ones that I know work in both games).
However the amount of currency I have shows up next to the playstation logo but the coin symbol beside it says 0.

If you could tell me how to fix this, incase it's something on my end, that would be greatly appreciated!
