Never really messed with the Concotion skills, but maybe they bumped up the projectile count to the point where the skill would use more charges than their Life Flask can hold?
Looks like "of Bouncing" uses 8 charges per projectile, 8*5 (assuming no other additional projectile sources) is 40 charges used. Only Eternal/Divine flasks have that many charges without modifiers. |

Already checked on wiki, it is as intended, not receiving any bonuses from multiple projectiles or volley shots, it says nothing about fork, but already made my mind, won`t work as I expected.
