Support makes your life miserable when you try to recover an account/prove that you're the owner.

I send my account informations [Removed by SUpport] and i just cant have any help trying to recover my account because they keep asking for [Removed by SUpport]

10 YEARS! not even the payment plataform have it. I spend 4 days giving all my informations, I literally send tons of older supports emails with all my informations and account infos and i just cant have any help because they keep asking IMPOSSIBLE INFORMATIONS THAT NOT EVEN THE PAYMENT PLATAFORM HAS ANYMORE!



I know that security is needed, but at this point you're just making life miserable. I just quit the game and went for another one.

This is just insane, not even my ID with my name using the original email and the informations possible was enough? Took me 5 minutes on internet to realized that a lot of people had this problem when you got hacked or just lost the login informations after years without playing.

In 2018 i had some similar problem after 2 years without playing and GGG was amazing solving everything. Now it just make any experience miserable at the point that i just completely regret buying the MTX years ago.

I really thing you guys should work on it, asking for receipts after 10 years while i literally gave everything is insane. Not even my bank would fuck someone like that

I did, but 10 keep if for 10 years? Almost impossible.

And for me the worst part is that they asked for purshases ID. So i contacted the companys and i was able to find 5 receipts from PagSeguro as they asked, but now they just decided that it wasnt what they wanted and i need to ask to others companys even beeing the same account, the same owner, the same email, same id...

But the company they want me to get the ID doesnt keep it for 10 years and GGG refuses to accept any other info

At this point in just sad and mad for all the money spend on MTXs, not even searching for a solution anymore.
