An Unexpected Error Has Occured - Constant Crashes

I have been getting constant crashes every so often, sometimes 5 minutes apart, sometimes 30min to an hour, sometimes after I log back in I crash again within minutes, it seems rather random. This has been happening to me since Poe2 season 1 launch, randomly started after the first few weeks of the league. I went to play the latest Poe1 league, was having same issue there aswell... I dont have any packet loss, or network issues that I can tell. I will post my PC specs below. I just tried to do a full PC reset and re-installed windows and the full game on steam and standalone and am still having same issue regardless of all that. Have tried Directx12 and Vulkan, no change. Researched for hours and tried all sorts of advice, nothing seems to have worked. Please assist. Can send logs if that helps.

Thought maybe I had an issue with my CPU or motherboard, so I purchased a brand new PC, still having the exact same issues. I have had the same disconnects through 2 different PCs now, the one being brand new out of the box yesterday, two different locations in the US, with different internet providers and zero network issues. Is this account based then?

We really do need to understand whether you are dealing with crashes or disconnections - they are very different things - and either you are dealing with both of them, or you are using the words interchangeably. Could you play PoE 1 and show us a screenshot of the issue the next time it arises?

I am playing the game, i get put back to login screen, it says "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred" I then press login, it takes a moment, i select my character, and load back into the game.

This happens randomly, can be afk in my hideout or in a map, in a boss fight, doesnt matter. The times between them are also just as random, sometimes i just log back in from it happening, and it happens 10 seconds later. Other times i can go an hour without it happening.

Attached screenshot for exact message that comes up as it kicks me to the login screen. This just happened back to back within 20 seconds. Often times its just once every 10-60 minutes give or take, sometimes quiet frequent like above, where i just loaded back into the game and within 10 seconds it happens again.

up to around 40 times now today so far while i've been on, would love some support :) mind you, this has been happening since poe2 first launched and also in poe1 since around that time.

Still happening 50-100 times a day minimum.

You posted 21H2, but did you mean 23H2, 24H2, or 25H2 for OS?

If you're behind 25H2 it's a good idea to update. Also, are you using Wi-Fi or straight ethernet from pc to router/gateway?
