Currency disappear in my currency tab

Hello, do you think you can help me!

This morning I made a 1 divine = 1000 Fusion Orbs exchange. When I saved the orbs in the coin tab, I didn't realize they were disappearing, I checked to see if they had been placed somewhere else and they weren't.
They didn't appear to me again either entering or exiting my game and I haven't worked hard enough to say that I spent them without realizing it.

I don't know what to do and it's a little frustrating that the game support only sends me to the forum and doesn't help me with a problem that may not have a solution on my own, could you give me some advice please! :(
