Corrupt Tile Bug, Unable to see the corruption icon and unable to click on the tile to even enter it

In the title, I'm not able to click on this map tile at all, never attempted it before and was wondering if there is any fix for this?

The node isn't lit as though adjacent. This has kind of been an issue for a while, not aware of any progress on it. Try finishing another node that should be adjacent to it. |
