If you aren't able to locate this - please try unlinking and relinking your Twitch and Path of Exile accounts via your account's 'Manage Account' page: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections
Please ensure you double check your account's microtransactions, which you can review here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/microtransactions If it's still not reflected on your account, please double check each of your sub-accounts to see if it may have been redeemed on the wrong one.
