Weapon bug

I just bought new item and i have everything to use it.
It says YOU CANNOT USE THIS ITEM. ITS STATS WILL BE OGNORED.
What should i do? I think it's bug. Can someone unlock me that item or help me?
I have all stats to use it, when i take it to the hand its stop working...

You'll have more luck including screenshots of before and after including attributes. If you're changing from one weapon to another weapon of same class, make sure the first weapon doesn't have attributes that enable wearing it in the first place if it is missing from the second weapon.
