Stuck on Map

Hello everyone.
I was playing normal and inside this map, I died and when the system respawn me, put me on a position that I cant move and do nothing. What shall I do with this character, since we dont have nothing to quit the map. Should I need to start a new game after I spend 400 hours upgrading this character, because now I cant move or do anything else. I was trying to put an image, but I cant also.
