GPD WIN 5 texture issues

I have an issue with POE2 not on my desktop but on my handheld. Currently I own a GPD Win 5 and playing the game on it but however I have an issue in the game where my textures are all missing. This being a new handheld in the market the drivers for the Strix Halo are 25.12.1. I have tried everything online to fix this issue I have tried installing older drivers all the way to 25.9.1, I have in my windows settings made sure in my graphics section to have POE2 using my 8060S on high performance. Meanwhile, in game the section to choose my graphics is greyed out saying my 8060S and the texture quality is greyed out and locked at medium. I play this game on my desktop with no issues on AMD driver 25.12.1. I have deleted the .int file in my documents folder to rebuild the shaders, that didn’t work. Needless to say, I have tried everything I have found online to get my textures back for my handheld. One thing I have found online and the reason my handheld is not displaying textures is the game is running in some kind of safe mode maybe the game doesn’t recognize my iGPU. Is there anything or any kind of help you guys can offer to get this fixed? I have also tried this game on my ROG ALLY and it works with the textures. I really want this to work on my new handheld. Which Graphics API are you using?

**Update on Issue**
Last night I was doing a little comparison. This is apples to oranges my desktop to my handhelds. I used the exact same settings on my PC (Medium texture quality, everything on high, 16xAA). Both my handheld's Asus ROG Ally and GPD Win 5 settings in-game are the same, I loaded into ACT 3 Camp. On my PC I noticed right away on AMD Driver 25.12.1 the shader bar goes up and empties consistently. All Textures are there and present no issues. Both Handhelds (I'm Not expecting the ROG Ally to have good frames but manages 30 or So FPS barley playable) there is no upscaling used, the textures are there (partially) going in and out of different maps yield different results. I did notice the shader bar fills and empties but never fills again. On the GPD Win 5, I load into the ACT 3 town no textures at all, the shader bar is full for a few seconds and empties, it never fills again. I can see the pictures of items in my inventory. I go in and out of different maps some have small amounts of textures but mostly all gone. I go back to town I can't see pictures of items anymore and all textures gone, I have to restart the game. Am I wrong to think it's the game?? I have no issues in any other games with the Win 5. Is this texture (Shader issue) going to get looked at by the devs?? I really like this game. But I was hoping to take this on the go during business trips (kind of like taking my desktop with me). I guess I'll have to stick with Diablo 4 that plays flawless (with textures). |
