Blood Priest Bosses Not Activating

After you kill Zefina the blood Priest. And die before killing Zolin. Bosses don’t activate after respawn. I have to reload the entire area to have them activate. Has happened twice so far.

Is this referring to the PoE2 bosses? If so this is the wrong forum section, this is for PoE1 bugs.
