Spectre bank or interface

The fact its been 13 years since spectres came out, and they can still be killed by a simple weapon swap, going under requirements for a piece of gear, or a million other things, is just bad design.

Can we get a simple interface that allows you to itemize a corpse, put it in a slot, bam thats your spectre? This doesnt have to be complicated.
