I try to use Summon Skeleton gem I try several times but warriors not spawned

I try to use summon skeleton gems activate the skill and only spawned basic skillets but in game say that: Maximum 5 Summoned Skeletons, Summons 2 Skeleton Warriors. In my case warriors not spawned

Skeleton warriors are basic skeletons.
