This long into the league... I feel I am solid on my thoughts here. I am a single button casual map blaster. I don't play meta builds. I play my one build and try to do the most I can each league with it.
That out of the way... I like the stabilized breach system. I think I mentioned it should do something like that, a while back. So I am glad to see it. I think the breach defense and breach fortress game modes should be maps of their own. Similar to blight. I think the defense one maybe could even lead to a fortress one. So combine the two. You have a map with defense waves, and completing that portion allows you to raid the fortress. This allows you to put the mini boss as the fortress leader after taking its core out, instead of having to escape. This would mean regular breaches, when stabilized, only have the rare pack as a requirement to finish the encounter. This also means you could put the gland exclusive to the fortress as a reward for beating the mini boss who always appears. The grafts are nice, and foulborn is nice. I think the grafts should be something you combine into graft gloves and they go in your glove slot. Obviously I like tiered currency, but in poe1, it has a difficult time fitting in, since there is a bench and reroll currency. I think breach 2.0, should go core, and over time, the other breachlords can be added as league or endgame expansions. The gifting tree, as nice as it is, is league strong, so I think it should not go core. The bloodline ascendancies are good and we could use more. Like the searing, eater, and maven. -1 to breach 2.0 going core as is. And with the tree not going core in your suggestions, I would say you agree. for new breach to go core, they need to move the rewards from graftblood/wombgifts into normal loot drops.

Foulborn should def not go core. I think these items are best designed to be legacy items in standard for the few people who care and for the lulz. The game is already bloated and we don't need the same poopy uniques with a random exchanged mod on top of all that useless bloat. Also , who wants to read all those uniques on the off chacne it is something very valuable. Honestly, i have no idea what would be the best way for the new Breach mechanic to go core, i just want my old breachstones back because it was comfy leveling, lol. The tree would probably have to go core so the mechanic makes sense and blood has a use. I dunno what else they could possibly do with it unless it is something completely new.
The mechanic just isn't all that exciting. Very good for ssf though, but that is probably just because it was in every map. So, for the new league mechanic i would like to always have this ssf friendliness where you can get your well rolled items. It doesn't affect trade much but it is a gamechanger in ssf, so very good.
