Occultist CoC Build - need help

Hey everyone looking for some advice on why I am getting absolutely destroyed with this build. I am trying something new and have been looking at some builds but don't understand (cause I'm bad) where I am going wrong.

1) Why are you using skitterbots?
2) Your accuracy is not capped.
3) I can't tell how often do you have full Power Charge?
4) Try removing Divine Shield to test your survivability, you barely have enough armor to cover your ES.
