More UI Customisation [QoL]

Introduction
==
One of the most important 3rd party supported elements of Path of Exile is the loot filter system. Without loot filters, the game would be borderline unplayable due to the volume of drops. Why do we want loot filters? Because reading sucks and flashy colours makes monkey brain go brrr.

The Problem
==
There are several mechanics in the game that demand a player reads what's on their screen, Red/Blue Altars and Expedition are the two primary things that come to mind for me. Map rolling is another, though we have regex'ing to deal with that. We've also got the Heist contracts - Deception and Blueprints are the ones we actually care about when farming but for some reason these elements aren't exposed for the likes of someone like NeverSink to filter for some reason.

The Solution

Give us the ability to customise the colour of the text/affixes or expose the elements so we can manipulate them ourselves, within Terms of Service (since I assume there's illicit ways to do this already), with 3rd party support.

Being able to customise the UI to exactly our liking is a massive QoL improvement, if GGG want to control it then add menu options to customise each league mechanic and how affixes are presented on items. You've already basically done what I'm asking with certain things in Expedition, Immune to [X] damage is always highlighted yellow.. but I don't need to know that the monsters are immune to cold if I'm a fire build, do I? However if I'm a chaos innoculated build and there's hits remove 5% of life/mana then we're probably wanting to see that affix highlighted.
