UI Quest List Suggestion

Can we get it to be able to select what quests we want to see on the quest list that we see below the mini map.

Seems like a lot of it is stuff I don't want to do or can't do right now. and if I make a new Character then the same quest list is there for stuff that I don't even have access to.

Would be nice to see a list of quest that I can show/hide the active quests.
