Is it possible to start seeing Eagon more often?

It's incredibly frustrating when, even after 100+ T16 maps in the atlas, with nodes to increase Eagon's spawn chance taken, he doesn't show up. It's far worse than 28 maps just to encounter Eater and Exarch.
I'm already level 99, and it's been two weeks since I've gained 131/132 passive points.
And the icing on the cake is that after 100-150 maps, Eagon can 28% chance to give the wrong memory chain. It's very frustrating.

ya this one was a little exhausting to me too. i think its just meant to be this tedius. I suspect they will make these maps drop in the future when you encounter him in the future.

It seems the solution to this problem is to RUN DUNES MAPS. I watched someone encounter three Eagons in 15 Dunes maps. I tried it myself and encountered an Eagon on map 3. This can't be normal.

If that happened in 1000 maps statistically i would believe there is a problem. There are people that got 2 magebloods from the tree in like the first week or 2 of the league. That doesn't mean anything though.
