t17 Fragment situations

hi, the add of reincarnation ubers fragments totally ruined the only farm i enjoy which is fragment rush do something about it please
my suggestion would be one or a compiantion of these

1.boss drops 3 fragments guaranteed
2.each t17 boss is only allowed to drop 1 reincarnation uber framgent and make it rarer

3. remove the 40second delay in ziggurate boss , i wanna enter arena kill all three and katarina in 10seconds

i would rather have the 3rd fix over the others

Zig boss phases ruin zig map.

There are really only 3 viable T17 map layouts IMO, as Citadel is so painful to clear that even if the boss was good, it wouldnt be worth it (and the boss also sucks)
