Appear Online on ALL LEAGUES

This change done recently is major for some people, but won't be noticed for the numerous casuals who never care about standard or to have any long term goal or to play different leagues.

You give us merchant tabs, but you tell us our quad tabs cannot be used to keep things for sale in the very long term. For those who care about standard sales. Who play league but make "investment for std" of things we plan to sell long term there. This is a disaster.

I did not know those merchant tabs were meant to remove all tabs we ever buy in the past. Are they all just storage now? If so I think people will require a refund on quad tabs since they have zero purpose anymore beyond storage... and when you have 15 quad tabs, that is too much storage.

It goes beyond just the standard collector/sellers. You are now saying if you play SSF and trade league, your only option to sell anything is to put it in merchant tabs. It is disabling your tabs entirely. I am sure it was done to save server cost once again or whatever reason made sense.

Realize how small this make the market to remove and remove more and more items. You already removed our ability to list items from remove-only tabs a few years ago. That drove us to buy more quad tabs. Now we cannot use any tabs at all to sell anything. The reason many have all those quad tabs is to sell on standard. I never use them all in regular league.

We are slowly turning PoE into yet another gold farm game, contrary to what the original game was intended to be. It's something people won't realize, but the main way to make currency in Path of Exile now is to sell gold to other players. You make a min/maxed gold find build and you sell gold maps on a discord server... and so you sell gold to other players and nothing at all is more profitable than doing this. In the end, gold is the only valuable thing. The rest become things that pretend to be something else, but is just gold too. You could just remove all currency from the game and turn them into a flat gold cost. It would be the same game. That is why the original PoE was designed not to have gold. Once you add gold and make it central to the gameplay loop, it become the only thing that matter.

You also use this gold market to disable functions the game promised, such as having very large tabs to sell a lot of items from. There is now two economies, one with gold, one without gold. Things are worth more if sold without a gold cost. The gold cost should just be a flat tax paid in chaos, alts and divines really. 1000 gold cost is 1 alt. 10,000 gold is 1 chaos tax and 100,000 gold cost is 1 divine tax. That would factually be a better system. Otherwise, I repeat, what happen is that 1 chaos is just a gold amount anyway. It buys a certain amount of gold. I forgot exact number, but I think last time I did the math it was around 1800 gold per 1 chaos. That is the ratio for PoE 1. In PoE 2, designed with gold from the start, you can turn gold into currency very easily. I can buy 2000 exalts with 1 divine orb... and sell 2000 exalts for 2 divine orbs on trade site. So the 250,000 gold cost to buy those exalts gives me 1 divine profit. That is a very easy math to do, it's always present. People "buy gold" all the time. My main priority on poe 2 is to scale gold find... while casuals who don't understand economy think they really need rarity. I know all I need is gold, because I can play economy... and gold is above all, the main drop you want. You can use gold to convert it to as many mirrors as you want if you play economy. It isn't really complicated, you don't need to be an economy major to do this. It's simple enough.
