Make Memory Strands An Orb That Drops

Not finding the correct Memory Strand to witness a boss on has to be the most frustrating thing for me in 3.27. Even if you influence what Strand you want to see less of, finding the correct one is never guaranteed and it can take a long time to find what you want.
Furthermore, finding the wrong Strand means you now have to run it completely for a new attempt to find the correct one. This feels bad. The easy solution would be to have an item drop that works like the old Atlas Memories did. If you want, it could still originate from where you found it, or apply at random if found in a T17 map (current behaviour). Disable trade if you like, but let us choose when to run them.
