How to have your weapons with cool visual effects without buying packs?

My build mostly deal fire damage from weapon and I want to see my weapon glows with flame.

Is there anyway you can do that for free to play GGG?

let say if your weapon have lightning dmg 50 and physical dmg 200, then your weapon have a little sparking effect.


but if your weapon have lighting dmg 300 and physical 50, your weapon fully glow bright with extreme sparking effect.

No that's why they sell "weapon effects"
