Nameless Seer is great but where's Waldo sucks

It's just annoying. Sometimes he spawns 3 times in ten maps, sometimes you have to farm 100+ maps to find him. Just give us a damn scarab to spawn that guy or some consistent way to spawn him. It's just a joykill needing to find that guy every time you want to change the map you're farming
