Fraud and deception when buying tabs!

Imagine a situation where you live in a large house (stash) with many rooms (stash tabs). Some rooms are yours personally and you can do whatever you want there, and some are occupied by your relatives (remove only stash). You can communicate with your relatives, take something you need from them, but you cannot leave your belongings in their rooms. You can kick a relative out of the house, but the room still won't be yours, it will just be sealed.

I'm getting more stuff, I need more rooms for my new stuff, I go to a construction company (shop) and buy 6 new (extra) rooms from them.

I go back to the house, and what do I see? There are no new rooms in the house, but I am told that I have acquired ownership of 6 rooms of my relatives, and I can now place my belongings in their rooms. But how come, I say, these rooms are occupied by their stuff and I'm not going to kick them out and throw their stuff away, I need new empty rooms! I am told that at the request of the buyers (!!!) instead of building new rooms, we always change ownership of your relatives' rooms!

This does not suit me at all, because the website says about the extra rooms. But the company refuses to help me.

Okay, I say, this makes me very upset, give me the money back and cancel the deal. I get my money back, I come home and what do I see? Instead of returning their rooms to the relatives, these rooms remained in my ownership, but now these relatives have been moved to my rooms randomly! That is, I get fully occupied rooms, and the half-empty ones with those things that I regularly use turn out to be blocked!!! And what's the problem, the company tells me, you own exactly the same number of rooms that you had. You will not receive any toll-free rooms. And if you are not satisfied with something, please contact our legal department. That's it....

In my opinion, there is a logical error here. If I understand you correctly, you bought stash tabs that were used for removal purposes only, then you reversed the purchase, which meant that you no longer had the corresponding removal tabs and therefore the loot on these removal tabs ended up in your normal tabs, or what?
Now you just have to explain to me what is supposed to be fraud and deception about that?

I don't know why he explained his problem like stash tabs are this magical thing that no one ever heard of before, but he's talking about remove-only tabs that you get when you transition from a temporary league to Standard.

You want to buy new boxes for new things, instead they tell you that you have fully occupied boxes in your warehouse, we have reinforced them, now you can throw out old things and add new ones there.

- after, instead of returning "tabs 1" to their original "remove only" state, they simply transfer 6 random working tabs to the "remove only" state! Partially filled ones that I actively used. Yes, I play in the standard league.
- This is the deception. After the cancellation, I get a much worse condition than before the purchase! I now have 6 fully filled "Tabs 1", 6 half-empty "remove only" tabs, and in fact I've lost ~2.5 tabs of empty space. Just like that.
- I don't want to delete things from "Tabs 1", there are useful things from previous leagues that I can use in the future.

Yes it is clear. You were trying to exploit the remove-only tabs system. Looks like you were the only one trying to fraud something.

Usually, if you buy something from the MTX store, you cannot refund it. They gave you the nice treatment, and still you complain. Check the store TOS. They would have been within their rights to not pay you back. Probably some support guy had to manually flag tabs to remove-only for you.

No, it's not clearer.
Because you have to explain to me why you need all this fancy stuff to explain it.
The facts are simple when it comes to the whole tab thing: there are only the tabs that the game gives you by default and the tabs that you buy. And that's where you own them.
The tabs mentioned above are completely independent of Remove Only Tabs and have nothing to do with them, yet you include them in your explanation.
Remove Only Tabs are tabs that are automatically created by the game and serve the sole purpose of removing things. The game creates as many of these as necessary to switch between leagues, so that if your tabs are full, your loot is not accidentally or unintentionally deleted.

That situation wouldn't happen if you had cleaned your remove only tabs, you honestly expect GGG to hoard stuff in their database for free?

Just clean your stashes... Just like you clean your house (I assume you clean your house).

Yeah so this is how the tab system mtx works, when you buy a new tab, you get a remove only tab become permanent, this is effectively the same thing as receiving a new tab, because no one in any world is going to keep every single one of their remove only tabs as remove only without managing them, it's just not realistic.

The lesson here is to manage your stash appropriately.
