Incubators rework

Problem: Incubators drop with ilvl, making them awkward to trade, plus not being able to list them on the currency exchange.

Solution: Incubators now have no ilvl. Items with ilvl that drop from incubators have their ilvl equal to the level of the lowest level enemy you killed while incubating.
