+1 from awakened added fire not applying

I am playing penance brand of dissipation which has the physical tag and i noticed once my awakened added fire damage reached the suitable level to give the +1 to all supported physical skill gems that it was not applying the +1 to the skill gem. I gained the extra fire damage from the 1% phys as extra fire but not the +1. https://imgur.com/a/2iGL4I5 here is images of the issue im having. Im not sure if its a problem with the added and subtracted levels from astrolabe and the helm but the gem should be level 5 and applying the +1 assuming im understanding everything correctly.

Same issue here - I'm getting -2 from archdemon crown, +1 from runegraft of gemcraft = 6 - 2 + 1 = 5 but it doesn't apply the +1 to all phys gems

Ditto, seems to be a problem with awakened gems. I have a lvl 6 awakened added chaos up leveled to lvl10 (+2 diallas +1 runegraft +1 socketed gems) that seems to be giving the gem +1 level instead of the +2 its supposed to.

Hello, I have the same problem with an awakened ele focus level 6
In archdemon crown, so -2 but +1 from runegraft => the suport gem is level 5 but my fire trap doesn't move from level 26, with or without the support gem... What in the bug is happening ?

My theory from multiple other bug reports is the equation is out of whack because the same logic applies for level 10 awakened added fire as well if there's a minus in the equation.

Level 5 <- Base level, should give +1
-2 <- From Archdemon, this is where the levels actual happens. Since it is net level 3, it does nothing.
+2 <- This is where the tooltip for the gem is read and where the levels should actually read from.
