Why wont GGG fix these lag and rendering issues on console

For the love of god I can't even get my void stones because I can't kill the boss's because the don't render so I can't see them.
Searing exarch is impossible if you can't see him or his mechanics....Everyone has been complaining about las and rendering issues but it seems to fall on deaf ears. This league is horrible because of this problem.

As it seems, they just straight up don't care about console.
