Strongbox quick currency under tooltip

if strongbox already 20% quality, why does it still show the engineering orb?
also if you have engineering orb in your inventory and you alchemy scour with the buttons.
when you scour, there will be engineering orb in place of the scour orb, not the alchemy. (engineering orb not showing up on already 20% quality box would fix this)
