Add an option to hide merchant/exchange/kingsmarch notifications

This came to mind upon selling maps on the merchant; sometimes people come in and buy 40 maps at once and the notifications just take half the screen while im mapping and it is kinda of disrupting/annoying. Would be nice to have an option to dnd these notifications.
