Assets not loading is my nr1 cause of death this league - Loadingtime Rant included

Its getting comically insane
I will preface this with the obvious, it wasnt nearly this bad last league and my hardware hasnt changed. Same goes for loading times btw. 3 Days prior leaguestart I was having non of those loading times.

Back to topic:
Doesnt matter what, sometimes its the full Boss thats invisible. Sometimes just the effects that kill me. They 50/50 load in a second or 2 later when im on the floor already. The other half they only finished loading when the boss is already long dead, and im not rocking any insane DPS (SSF). Sometimes the Effects arent loaded even the next time I encounter that boss again next map.
Even more insane is the Assests that clearly where deleted after they were loaded. Not even 3 minutes later or so and its not loaded anymore what was (finally) loaded after my first death to it.

Its not a constant issue either.
Its hardcore noticable when I encounter stuff I havent seen in a long time (or for the first time this league).
Sometimes I have 2 days with no issues at all and than (like now) died 6 times or what to random, not loaded, boss attacks.

Its a 9/10 League for me othetwise but this loading issues, of attacks and area changes, is making it a 6/10 max.

Edit: Oh and btw, it doesnt do shit when I try to prebuffer the boss or anything. Like loading in the zone but not breaking Grace. It simply doesnt load when its not happening to the looks of it.
EditEdit: I tried the launch command stuff that should force all things to load before the map is done loading. Havent noticed any improvments with it yet.
