Bring back the "bug" behavior of allowing currency from atlas rucksack on strongbox

With the introduction of ID npcs and the constant dropping of realm cards from the league mechanic, this league feels like it encourages players to experience the joy of a clean inventory when running maps. Being able to use currency on strongboxes from the atlas rucksack felt like an extension of that, and was a quality of life improvement everybody I play with was praising GGG for (which of course means it got reverted lol). Requiring the items to be in the atlas rucksack means it still requires a level of player attention and deliberate action, but is a lot of a nicer player experience.
