Character unable to drop divines, is that possible?

This might seem bizzare and like a troll post but I've played since the game launched on steam and got 36 challenges basically every league, each league I get min maxed gear and farmed the highest tiers.

Last league was mirrored gear and got my second mirror drop. My point is I'm just emphasising I know when you get very bad luck etc.

This league has been very odd, I've got 800k kills, farmed all bosses, full atlast,currency based t16'5 farming and not one divine, never has one dropped.

Exalts, Mirror Shards, Sacred Orbs but never a divine. I farmed Sanctum to check and the Divine reward dropped and showed on filter, also from Tujen and Ritual. All methods of getting one work ,but I just can't have one drop.

This sounds like a bizzare reddit post but yeah is it ACTUALLY possible a character can be bugged. I'm tempted to reroll as this is my only char and I've never had this
