Sunmon Reaper Skill Not Working While Revenants Exist

Issue: While using both Summon Reaper of Eviscerate and Summon Reaper of Revenants, the Eviscerate/Dash skill is disabled and only re-summons the reaper.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Summon a single Summon Reaper of Eviscerate
2. Summon one or two Summon Reaper of Revenants
3. Attempt to use Summon Reaper of Eviscerate, which should trigger the dash/slash ability

Expected Bug: You should see that it only re-summons the Summon Reaper of Eviscerate, instead of properly using it's ability.

Please fix this! It's game breaking for the build I wanted to create.
