MTX Bug: "Rose Charge Effect" not applying to Endurance Charges when using "Planetary Orb"

Character / MTX Setup:
- Rose Charge Effect MTX
- Planetary Orb MTX
- Raised Spectres with Perfect Warlord (providing constant Endurance Charge. Pic 1 and 2)
- Stygian Silverback previously providing Frenzy Charges (these displayed correctly. Pic 1)

Issue Description:
When using Rose Charge Effect together with Planetary Orb, Endurance Charges do not display the Rose Charge visuals. Instead, they appear as the default red orbs.
Frenzy Charges correctly show the Rose appearance, so the issue seems specific to Endurance Charges.

Steps to Reproduce:
-Equip Rose Charge Effect.
-Equip Planetary Orb.
-Generate Endurance Charges.
-Observe the visuals of the Endurance Charges.

Expected Behaviour:
Endurance Charges should display the Rose Charge visuals, matching how Frenzy Charges appear.

Actual Behaviour:
Endurance Charges display default red orbs, indicating the Rose Charge Effect is not applied when Planetary Orb is active.
