Character Effects not applying to all armour pieces

Hi,
Some character effects that coat the whole armour like Divergence or Ooze Character effect are not applying to some gloves and boots.

Here is an example with the sunspire set with Ooze and Divergence char effects:



They used to work before and it's really annoying now, the sunspire is not the only armour affected, some others I tried that are also affected: Alabaster Seraph, Huntsman, Obsidian Seraph, Radiant, Spectre, Ultimate Chaos, Corsair, Pure Light, Seeker, Sin
