Monsters spawned at initial Map Portal

Bug reference Id 1,123,709,054

I opened an Arena Map through Eigon for Originator Memory Thread, Map contained a Breach Hive near the map entrance and monsters were spawned directly on top of my character so as soon as I moved I got surrounded.

(I already killed the monsters but here is how close it spawned to map entrance)
