Please fix visually disabling grafts

I didn't spent hundreds on skins to have some ugly hands ruin my look.
You know this shouldn't be a thing, so you added an option to hide it.
But it doesn't work. I don't understand how this is not a priority fix.
People who spend money paid for looks and it can't be that hard to fix?

(if you don't care, good for you, but they decided to add on option only for it not to work and it feels very amateurish).
