not 1 breach in almost entire act 3 campaign

Finished Act 2 campaign yesterday, arrived in town for Act 3, and logged out.
Started Act 3 after doing 1st lab today, have gotten almost to the end of Act 3, and have not seen any breaches so far. However, I have had plenty previously in Acts 1/2 and spent blood at the tree.

not a bug, your just to high of a lvl, once your over 10? levels over an area league mechanics will not spawn.

the game will treat you as level 68 if your beyond that which is why mechanics will still spawn in the later acts.

Wow, you are correct, I did not notice just how much over the zone level cap I was! Sorry for the false bug report, and thank you for the clarification.

Though this is going to suck if I can't get back under the zone level restrictions for breaches to reappear... XD
