Death Offering Bug: Offering skill and Automation can not trigger at the same time

When I have Death Offering(Catarina Bloodline) and use the Offering skill through a trigger, such as The Queen's Hunger,while also using Automation skill, if the Automation and The Queen's Hunger trigger at the same time, it often causes the Offering skill to fail to trigger, resulting in the character "killing themselves".
