Large Claw Cluster jewel

Hi everyone, I was farming Delirium on T17 maps to get a large cluster jewel for Claws with 12 passive skills. At some point it completely stopped dropping. I’m checking with ALT, and none of them drop at all. What could be the reason? I’ve already run 40+ maps and haven’t seen a single one, while all the other cluster jewels drop normally. Please help!
