Syndicate evidence getting shrine buffs intended for monsters

Not sure if this is intended, but I just run a syndicate research map encounter in an originator influenced map that has the mod that gives shrine buffs to unique monsters.

All syndicate evidence objects inside the encounter had various shrine buffs, like this:
