Spectres not dropping in Izaro's reward room

I wanted to add quality to my raise spectre gem on the Divine Font. When I removed the gem from my helmet, no spectre corpses dropped. I had Perfect Forest Tiger (rip 25 divines), Perfect Guardian Turtle and Perfect Warlord.

This is the second time this league I've lost my spectres to a bug. Last time they just had disappeared when I logged in.
